HIGH VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT APPROVAL
In some cases, international equipment is imported into Canada and requires Third Party Test Certification prior to operation. Lake Engineering provides expertise in obtaining approvals for high voltage equipment through declaration reports as an alternative to third party certification. These reports review the following:
Applicable international standards (IEC, IEC/EN, CESI, etc.) for compliance with Canadian standards (CSA/CEC)
Recommendations on upgrades required to meet local standards if required
Professional engineer stamped declaration letters for submission to local TSBC and Mines Safety Officers, after completion of review
